Step 1 Application forms can be got by letters or downloaded from internet.    

Step 2 The completed application form, requested certificates and entry fees of RMB 400 (cash or spot exchange)should be sent to the International Students Office.

Step 3 The students who get the approval will receive the “Admission Notice” and “Visa Application for Study in China” 6 weeks before the date of registration. (Form JW202)

Step 4 The enrolled students can apply for study visa (X visa) in the Chinese embassy with “Admission Notice” and “Visa Application for Study in China”

Step 5 The enrolled students should register in university before the date appointed by a letter of admission with valid passport, “Admission Notice” and “Visa Application for Study in China”
